Nirvana Residences I is a residential development by Meraki Developers, located in Me'aisem, Dubai Production City, close to City Centre Me'aisem and Al Fay Road.

For an apartment purchased at AED 1,200,000, this means AED 60,000 every six months, totalling AED 360,000 over three years.

The seller covers property service charges during the guarantee term and arranges leasing through its nominated management company. Specified repairs and other purchaser costs remain payable. Resale or personal occupation ends the guarantee. All payments remain subject to the agreement’s terms and eligibility requirements.
